No, it was just an exhaust gasket so we had no turbo boost after about 3 miles into hillclimb. 2005 was a building year for the Mazda3. Will be back in 2006.

No. Mazda3 is what Mazda wanted to build. More of a tuner car. AWD would have put it into Open class.

Doubt it. The Protege is only semi-retired now that the Mazda3 is done. But I'm sure copies can be made. You can also get prettu much generic light pods which just require some triming to fit to most hoods.
