Rally Racer Casting Calls

I got this link in one of my junk e-mails but it seemed intriging (SP)? I personnaly wouldn't have the option to take a month off of work to go on a reallity TV show but that would be cool to be on a show about rally racing and not eating disgusting bugs and crap. I don't know any details about the show but here is the online application if anybody has some free time. I am sure most of us would luv to rally! (yes)

I got that a few months ago, (November??).
Sounded awesome.
Filled out my app.
Payed the bucks.
never heard peep.

I got an email back this morning that said "Thank you for your interest in the program. Unfortunately, we don't feel that it would be in yours or our best interests at this time, mainly becuase of your occupation." And then it went on from there talking about how I am in the Army and how I couldn['t guarantee my time off, thanks for letting me take your money for nothing, yada yada yada.
How can they tell me its not in my best interest?? I would love to make it my interest, it's been for for awhile.
Oh well, I do understand where they are coming from. Worth a shot I guess.
