come on, give me a break, i can see being like vin and having them on your sub enclosure in the back but dont take it to the rest of the world, and another thign its completely illegal and even more illegal if u use red or blue neon, you can in no way shape or form have any kinda of blinking or running lights under in the car, or around the liscense plate, hence "kit" from night rider was illegal! and u'd give some poor kid a epiliptic sesure

exactly and if you cant use them on the roads whats the point? lmfao unless your gonna enter the neon contest at shows, which 95 percent of the time they buy one of those electrical cars the mini ones u buy for a kid and deck it out in neons and they usually win. so really its pointless to even try.
Depends on what kind. You can get some that connect directly to your power output thingie by the ash tray or you can get some that connect directly to your cars battery.
They ones that use the electricity by the ash tray are really cheap. 10-20 bucks and they come with velcro to mount. You also can adjust to to always on or to how hard the vibration is to make them flash.
