PSP Anyone?

All right who got the PSP here? I know someone did and i bet they arent going on the boards for a while but i want to know some personal reviews of games. I hopfully will pick one up later tonight!!!

5 of my friends got them yesterday... I must say that it's kickass.
The LCD screen is crystal clear... the thing is tiny... and best of all I already have a huge-ass memory stick that I have from my camera to store movies/photos/music on.

I'm definently going to get one once the price drops.. I'm not a die-hard Sony fan because of their prices... except when it comes to GT4.

we still have hundreds sitting on shelves here in chicago. sony sells it in japan for 189 and they bring it here, toss in a set of earphones and a purse and it costs 260. hooray for "value pack"

True. I know it's not a scam. I doubt that I'd ever find anyone willing to sign up.
It's worth a try.

I have a friend that might be able to get me a PSP for free because his dads business has connections with Sony.

Anyway...yeah I got one...It's great, I likes it a lot! I have been playing a lot of Metal Gear Acid and Wipeout Pure...both great games. I have a DS too and this BLOWS it away. I hope more people I know get them soon, I really want to play some wireless multi!

I read that too in EGM, but my square button shows no signs of sticking. My "L" trigger on the other hand, will get hung up from time to time, but not in such a way where it's registering a button press while it is stuck. I am hoping this will stop after I break it in a little. I bought the "spill a margarita" on it warranty, so I plan on getting a new replacement regardless in 11 months.

I've got a buddy stationed in Japan but I dont really want this right now. Too busy buying car parts. lol I did get a Sega Gamegear back in the day. That was wayyyy before there was even a gameboy. Too bad it didnt make it big here in the US. I enjoyed it in JA. But they didnt have alot of games and of course, Nintendo sucked up all their business. So it didnt last long. It was just way before its time. But it does remind me of the PSP. It's about time someone gave Nintendo a run for their money again.

GameBoy was first released in 1988 as a 1989 piece. Game Gear didn't hit the market til 1991 along with Atari Lynx and NEC TurboXpress. Sorry to nit pick but reviewing games for a living was what I used to do
