Yes sir. that's a bit of a doozy. However, I'm not too sure if it is totalled. The main problem here lies within the frame. When you get into frame damage, is basically when the price skyrockets. Just take it a day at a time, and see what happens. I think It should all work out in the end for the best, as always. But you definatly should be sticking with the Mazda community, and brand.

yea i would figure that...but they are relying on the shop to give the estimate....the shop has had it for a while now!!! idk what is taking so long... everytime i call they are like yes we are evaluating it now. should hear back from us in 45 min...

That's just silly. I've had estimates done in as little as 10 minutes.
Least they could do for yours is get it done overnight.
