Recommendations for Display Screen replacement

I recently developed the spider cracks on the display that was previously covered under warranty. Ordered a replacement from cuescreens.com but after two replacements by them, the touchscreen stops responding and when I go into diagnostics it shows b108e04 display system internal failure. Can anyone recommend another seller that they have purchased the replacement screens from? Could there be a different issue? Everything points to the digitizer screen.

I also updated to the latest infotainment firmware to see if it may help but it still comes back with the same error and touchscreen not responding to touch,

How common IS this? My 2018 Mazda3 just now one morning magically had spider web looking cracks coming up from the lower left. The touch screen still works... just bottom left quarter is unreadable.
