yay resureccting old threads! '05 Mazda 3 s 5-door. bought in december of '04. 51k miles. Broken cv-joint grease boot causing whole axle to be replaced and broken passenger side motor mount.

Oh! I thought you were making a rather obscure math joke using the 22,222 on the odometer.
I thought I was playing off what you started referring to the 15.5 on the trip.
Now I get it..... DUH!!! (sleep) @ the wheel again. Oops!
firefox, yeah third gear seems to be a minor issue. I've misshifted 2nd before... pretty hard too, and came out OK. But I wouldn't want to try my luck again!
