hi Guys, i have some questions. Couldn't get dealer to respond !

* Does the roadside assistance apply for 3years or beyond that (can remove it from insurance)
* I did not see any manual book, is it given out (I got the online link though)
* Free periodic services from dealer - What is the norm with Mazda ?

let me know please thanks.

you should have gotten a manual book from your salesman. Check your glovebox maybe. Also the maintenance schedule can be downloaded and printed out.

All new CX-5 come with an owner (not service) manual. Not sure about roadside. Periodic services are typically limited to first oil change free and unless you have some arrangement that's pretty much it.

I haven't even cracked open the manual, probably the biggest one I've ever had..... (whistle)

Roadside assistance is for 3 years only. http://www.mazdausa.com/MusaWeb/displayPage.action?pageParameter=ownersWarranty
Manual should definitely come with the car. Make the dealer get one for you.
I don't think that there is a "norm" for free services. It's up to each dealer.

Thanks RobertMazda.. I read up the link, and it sounds like 24X7 assistance is only under certain conditions .. I don't want to be wondering if the condition is met or not in case I need it !
I was thinking of saving ~$10 from insurance company by cancelling the roadside assistance, but looks like it is better to keep it ?

So $120 per year for roadside assistance. I wonder how much is AAA's yearly fee for roadside assistance?
