i have a question if someone can help me..i find eibach ground control coil and i would like to know if it fit on my tokico hp shocks and if this coil is good

you are better off either getting static springs, or coilovers.

BC seem to offer a good bang for buck, but some have had serious problems.
Tein is a favorite but expensive
D2 are unknown but offer good quality

ok now i'm on eibach pro kit but i was watching for something lower

Coilover sleeves are alright but make a lot of noise and are a bit rough, if that isn't an issue for you, go for it. Full coilovers don't make any noise and you can adjust the roughness but are a lot more money.
