Can someone post a pic of the underside of the HD lip mod? I want to know what type of screws/tape and spacing for the screws people are using. Thx.

Ok, sounds good. Do you get that at an autobody shop or Home Depot type store? I assume you have to clean the surface really good, maybe with alcohol or something to remove any grime/wax before applying tape? Oh, and do you recommend putting tape on bumper first and then applying lip or vicea versa? Sorry for all the questions but I want to do it right the first time.

Trust me you wont find it at an autobody shop or even an autopart store. When you get it you'll think WTF is this...but it looks OK for what you pay. Home Depot has it I believe Lowe's does too. I've put this on my friends car and you do want to wipe the underside with alcohol before applying and you should apply tape to the HD lip but dont pull off all the red backing off...peel away as you go.

Thanks Kid and BP, I was asking where to get the tape but now I know where to get it and what the lip packaging looks like. Will post pics when I get this project done.

You are better off using tape in my opinionas it doesn't create any pull points and looks alot cleaner. I posted some pics in this forums and was thinking going around the entire car for s**** and giggles so will see tomorrow what the result looks like. I plan on using a heat gun on the tape as well to make it super sticky.

Here is a shot of our new to us, M5. I got the windows tinted today and really like the new look. Went with the 15% on all the rear windows. (illegal to do fronts in BC). I did though get them to throw some tint on the little diamond shaped piece in the front just to change it up a little.

I moved over my MS3 wheels this weekend and returned the 08 to the dealer. Got the Tri-Point rear sway moved also. Drives much better.
