I did some painting with plastidip recently. First off was the wheels.

Then I did the fog light rings. I actually just took off the entire thing and painted it so it all matched.

Looks great! The foglight rings are my next mod too. How did you get yours off? Those Touring stockers look awesome in black! I always liked that those wheels look bigger than 15"...

Yea, I am really happy with the wheels black. This summer I am going to be getting 1" wheels spacers so they sit more flush, but with even just lowering springs I think the car looks great. It also looks good because I DD on Star specs.

For the fogs, there are just a few snaps where the rear black piece snaps into the bumper. From what I remember when I did them I undid the snap closest to the middle of the car first from inside the bumper. Then I just pulled from the outside of the car and it pulls right out. The black piece is polypropylene so it is very flexible and rubbery. None of the tabs broke. The black back, and the silver trim piece are mounted together, so when you pull it off you get both. You can separate them, but I just dipped them both so I wouldn't have 2 different shades of flat black.

Looking good. The touring package wheel design really is good. If I didn't know, I wouldn't have guessed they were 15s. After I got my k1-ts wheels and sold the stockers, there was a little while I wasn't sure if I made the right decision.
