Well I'm not sure what you're looking for, but I don't think any chip is going to free up loads of power on a NA protege. Most of the chips (HiBoost's fuel unit, Perfworks PiggyBack, Spools Microtech) are designed with boost from a turbo in mind.

Maybe some manipulation of the timing/fuel will give a smoother powerband, but you're not going to see anything drastic.
