passenger bumper parking light help

I know its spring loaded lense and i can get it to slide to the rear of the car, but then nothing else happens i cant get it to pull away from the car.

any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

It should just slide and then pull out. I had to give mine a solid tug, it was in there really good.

guess i will have to wait till my broken finger heals a little hard to pull on the light
