Hey guys. My car just gave the P2177 code. I've done some searching on the issue, but I thought I would ask here to see if I could get a bit of a better idea on a place to start since the topics I've read seem to say it could be one of a few problems. Here's some background info that comes to mind that might help:
-First, my car knowledge is next to nothing.
-2005 Mazda 3 with 120k miles.
-Not a lot of maintenance has been needed for this car. The only that has needed to be replaced is the thermostat. No modifications.
-The car is having a had time starting after being left off for longer periods of time. It takes several seconds to crank up in the morning or leaving work. If I just stop somewhere like the post office for a few minutes then it starts normally when I come back out.
-The check engine light was on when the problem first started, but it went off later that afternoon.
Like I said, just trying to look for a good starting place since I've read several different things. I thought giving some specifics for my particular situations might help.
