P0325 Engine Code

I have a 2003 P5, and the check engine light came on the other day after I changed the oil(5-20, different that the normal 5-30 I typically use)and had decreased the engine. Anyone else have this problem? If I go ahead and test the sensor and it ends up working fine, what should I be looking for?

Not sure if it helps but the car seems to be running fine. No noise no loss of power, nothing. Let me know what you guys think.

Knock Sensor 1 Circuit Malfunction Bank 1 or 1 Sensor

Yeah as soon as I scanned the ecu, I went online to view the code description. I was more or less asking if anyone ha shad to replace the knock sensor before, and is it likely to be the sensor over something else...such as pinging coming from a certain cylinder or something. I have not experience lack of power or anything of the sort, not even the slightest change in idle...so do you think it's just a bad knock sensor?
