Opinions needed...custom painted rota svn's!

I am currently in the process of having my wheels painted, and I had my OEM wheels put back on last week. I transferred my nexen tires to my OEM wheels, and after my svn's are custom painted, I am putting a set of 225/40/18 bf goodrich kdw 2's. My brother has started a local airbrushing and custom painting business, and he will be doing my wheels for me. I pay for just the paint. I am wanting to go with something that will look wild and aggressive, yet unique. I need to use a lifeline, and pull the audience, and see what you people would think would work awesome on a cosmic blue speed with mostly all black accents. Does anyone have any suggestions for colors? here are some of the ideas I thought of:

-heavy metallic gloss black
-close to color matched spokes, black lip
-flat black center, gloss black lip
-metallic gun metal
-????

You guys that actually have taste in wheels have any ideas for which color wheel I should go with? More than likely, I am going with house of kolors to get my color. I am stumped with my color car, it's a little bit harder to find a color to match it well. I really need some creative minds to help me come up with something, I have been at a loss. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

These pictures are before my current transformation,

metallic or flat? I've been leaning towards a dark graphite grey metallic. Thanks for the input!

Keep it comin'!

That's what I was thinking. A graphite color, but kinda dark. I want to do it to offset my silver P5. I want mine to be the color they are when they're dirty. lol

A basic flat grey with gloss coat would look best IMO. Those wheels don't do well in a shiny finish IMO.

Not keeping it as is, rota put a bad paint job on them. I've had them since July and the paint is literally flaking right off the wheel. Around the lugs, chips all in it, and on the edges of the lip. So they have to get painted regardless. I'm really feeling a flat color or the magnesium blue.

Get them PC'd in the same gray color. Should cost you anywhere between $150 - $400.

I always liked bronze on blue. Cosmic blue is tough though. If your wanting to go with a solid color, definitly something metallic(gunmetal, graphite). If your wanting to mix it up. You could do white w/ cosmic blue on the outter two inches of the lip. Where that little groove is. That magnesium blue is sick though!!

Not only is cosmic blue hard to work with, but so is the wheel. There are only a select few colors that work on the svn's/re30's. Oh boy I have my work cut out for me. Obviously the blue is #1 choice, but being able to match that color will be near impossible. Ugh. Choices choices choices. I almost like the idea of like a metallic gold, but I don't know.

anymore suggestions guys? also if someone knows a powdercoater i can ship my wheels to that would be grea still weighing my options. really leaning towards magnesium blue, just waitin on element to find the paint code he used on his rx8s. thanks for all the opinions thus far guys keep em coming. im still at a loss for color...ive thought of pearl white to gun metal to mag blue to bronze to metallic gold. ugh decisions!

I guess since you are leaning towards the mag blue, I might as well say that that was what I would have suggested. I just figured you didn't need/care to hear my little opinion. Give it a shot, and if you don't like it... use 'em in the winter and buy Volks! :)

So I've narrowed it down to 2 colors, both are secrets, and I've been in talks with my powdercoater, should be getting them done in the next few weeks. Pics to come once the new tires are mounted and balanced. I am pumppppppppped :)
