Ok, so im fairly new here, but not that new.

ive had my car just over a year now, and my rusty calipers are looking pretty fugly now.

I upgrade my rotors last fall, and it just makes the calipers look worse by comparisin.

i have a couple thoughts and would like to know if anyone has done the same and has a pic to share (google images is not helping me as much as id like on this)

I have a 2003.5 Yellow MSP

my thoughts

Stock Silver
Gunmetal
Yellow
Red

Ive seen pics of the yellow and red, both look decent.

I have an old (new/unopened) can of red caliper paint, thats the only reason i even considered it but i can use it on another project this summer if needed.

Did i ramble? sorry typing this at work between shipments :D

Mine are green for some reason and it looks good with white wheels. Not sure where po got green though. Red is over rated and always done ( because it always looks good) but yellow looks great as well especially on a yellow car. The mp3's got yellow calipers from factory and it looks awesome on the blue ones

When I had my yellow msp I kept the factory silver color. I found the factory silver coating hard to clean so I used a silver brush-on caliper paint, which made it easier to keep clean. .

Stock brakes = Silver or Black

Hell, even really fancy brakes need no attention.

Black hides them too much for me. I was thinking silver before, but I found a can of paint I bought when I had my red mx6 just sitting here. It'll be a next weeken project anyway so i have some time to think about it
