Oil capacity?

I'm about ready for the first oil change in my CX-5, but I can't seem to find the refill capacity. The owners manual doesn't say, and I haven't been able to find a service manual. Can anyone help me out?

Owners manual states (section 9):

with oil filter replacement, 4.4 US quarts
without oil filter replacement, 4.2 US quarts
