OG's 02 Pro5 Build

last night i went and got a late night special car wash and this morning decided to shoot a couple pics.

Where: Garret Mountain Reservation in Woodland Park(West Paterson), NJ. Great place for a meet with all the space and great views from the top of the mountain. BBQin is allowed but no liquor. Maybe some locals will want to set something up sometime this summer

Comments are welcomed!

Oh really where at?

SO here's an update

Found me a set of MSP wheels, painted the RH logos, added a set of black lugs, wrapped them in kumho ast tires 205/40/17 and replaced my dry rotted antenna with a shorty off ebay.

1.8 drop on progress springs and 215/45/17 tires
i think its just the shadow of the fender that makes it look a lot more tucked

im thinking that maybe i should have put on your sized tire since when i turn at higher speeds (like into an intersection) i rub on the fender... hopefully rolling the finders helps it out

edit: i double checked right now and im actually perfectly level with the fender so no fender gap and no tucking

I rubbed once on a harsh dip on the highway when I first lowered the car. I still had the 16s but so far no problems.

Dang two great looking twins LOL. Looking great so far and love the drop and look with the RH's. Also, any luck with the tail lights? I have two extra sets and am thinking of trying to separate a set to do something custom. I have one that has the lens cracked so I am going to give it a whirl with a heat gun. It looks like it is chemically bonded instead of sealed with the black sealant though.

I'm just going to tint my rear tail lights. Originally i was going to buy the altezza ones from ebay, separate them both and put the oem red covers over them but it turned out that they're 2 different shapes.

with all the rain going on here i got condensation inside my passanger headlight :(

Ah ok. I remember doing a pair of Altezza tails from my previous 01 Protege LX 2.0 I had. They were chemically glued meaning the plastics melted together. For some odd reason the ones I had did not make a very good bond and I was able to seperate them a little at a time without cracking them. I still have them actually LOL. Anyways I do have a pair of Faux CF ones for the P5 I will try as well.
