I think these are coming spring 2011. If you look at Ford's website, it shows the date on Focus page.
I keep showing articles and pictures of both the 2011 Focus and Fiesta to my other half because he current drives a 06 ZX3 SES thinking that he would consider either as a replacement but he has his mind set on a Cooper S. I wonder whose fault is that? hehe...

I actually think the Focus would be a better choice. More value there. He could probably get a loaded Focus for the same as a base Cooper.
Probably true but he has his heart set on a base Cooper S. He says that the new Focus has gotten to big for his taste. He loves small cars.

that works too.. the wife will be finishing up grad school, and I'll have a nice down payment set aside.

the wagon is ok.. but I really dig the 5 door hatch.

my daughters focus has had a electrical "gremlin" for 3 yrs now....i think i finally figured it out after 3 ford techs couldn't....a bad ground wire from the - side of the battery. (i've been trying to solve this by long distance phone calls from MA to NC...it's been almost 30 days since she had it replaced, no issues (i'm knocking on my head as i type this)....this has really turned her off from this model and ford in general!(notcool)

Quick Q, Is it a recent year?
Hopefully it's fixed, electrical issues can be a hassle.
What year Mark?
2000-2003 had issues, 2004 and later were better. Mine's a 2004 wagon, probably the best car I have owned as far as maintenance and repairs go.
