OEM accessory hitch question, what comes with the kit.

We purchased a new 2015 CX-5 a few days ago, and it has the OEM hitch fitted to it.

There was a supplied box in the truck which has the hitch ball mount, but no ball. Should this OEM kit have the ball also ? What did you guys get.

Are you sure it's an OEM hitch? I note the Curt packaging on the hitch pin. My dealer installs aftermarket hitches rather than OEM.

Yes, it would be silly to include the actual trailer ball as there are different sizes.

Pdx, thanks for the pic. I am not sure if that is an OEM hitch or not but it clearly shows how the bumper cover was cut to fit.

Wow! An OE Mazda hitch that was decently installed. Consider yourself one of the fortunate few!
