You can order one from onlinemazdaparts.com as well. Get the donut gasket (header to midpipe) as well...yours might not be reusable.

Truth. I had to use a Dremel cutting wheel to get my old on off. A new one is around $6... make sure they don't give you a generic round gasket. The one you need has a bit of a cone shape to it.

i have a same problem with him..

i search it on onlinemazdaparts.com but i couldnt find where is it.
can you guys copy it and paste it in here.?

tnx guys,,

another option if you want it fast is go to a mazda dealership, they should have on in stock but itll cost a bit more than someplace else

The manifold gasket or the donut gasket? If you go to AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts, they should be able to pull up a diagram of the exhaust and you can point out which one you need. Its the gasket directly in front of the mid-pipe which has the 2nd cat.

Sorry for the late late reply....

I needed the gasket from the block to the header...got it autozone for like 15.00

Now I'm having a hell of a hard time taking out the sensors any tips guys?

It feeel soo hard to take off

O2 sensors? Sometimes they can be a b**** to get out. Try a little heat from a torch. Do NOT use wd-40 or pb blaster... you will ruin your sensors. Just keep turning it back and forth until it breaks completely loose.

will a heat gun work?

and can i use something on that one part on the side of the header the screws on?

do you have the tool for it...it makes it alot easier you can do it w/o it but i recommend it...mine came off with a little help from my friendly neighborhood breaker bar (piece of pipe i had lying around)

well i just bought the tool for it..im gonna give it a try in a bit...

theres also another hard part to take off and its the piece thats connected to a pipe on the side of the old header idk what its called but what can i use to make it loose besides wd40
