OBD II Port Cover question

Hi, anyone here knows if the car Mazda5 comes with the obd II port cover by default? I think my maintenance guy lost it and he said by default there is no cover. Thanks

I've owned 3 Mazdas since the OBD-II port days, none I've ever had had one.

We've had a few 5s and a 2008 3 and no covers.
