O2 sensor wiring help needed.

right, I saw that (I have that PDF in paper form, it came with the sensor). But it doesn't list the wire colors for the pre-connector wires, so it wasn't much help. I appreciate the effort, though.

nice I finally get to do my own wiring today, so now I gotta decode the wiring color for the second sensor. Pics anyone?

If an MSP I'd need a pic from wherever the wiring coming right off your sensor meets up with the MSP extended harness.

I'll search around for a little bit.

edit: actually I'm going to make sure I have some wire to use (16 gauge probably, don't know what size is needed) and a bunch of connectors else I'll need to run to a parts store before they close.

I have green with red stripe, black with blue stripe, yellow with blue stripe, and orange, in that order (in a circular path around the connector) on the MSP oxygen sensor extender harness that I bought. Looking at my factory harness, I have the same colors. I just need to know what colors are on the wiring going to the actual sensor match up to those colors.

If anyone can verify that these are indeed the factory colors and that they are in fact in that location on the factory plug (when clipped in, the white and black on the bottom and a black and a blue on top. blue and white on the right, blacks on the left.

thanks! I'm going to go wire it up but I don't want to risk frying the sensor so I'll wait to plug it in until I get a response to this.

EDIT: this is for the second oxygen sensor.

Ok I went with the wiring in that picture and ran the car for 5 minutes and no CEL yet.

I had to come inside to wash up and stuff but I'll be going out for a drive to see how it does.

I got it worked out. No CEL and I've driven maybe 75 miles or so since doing it.
