Ok guys. I have the base models done and fitted, so I can do any kind of panel you want as far as layout. All panels will be cut from high grade stainless steel unless otherwise requested. Each panel will be provided in an unfinished state so you can brush, polish, or paint as you desire.

Here is the pricing: (This may fluctuate due to the insane steel prices right now, but should stay close on these prices)

Single DIN (CD Pocket replacement):
1-3 panels of design: $85/ea
5-8 panels of design: $72/ea
9-19 panels of design: $60/ea
20+ $50/ea

Double DIN (Radio and CD Pocket Replacement)
1-3 panels of design: $90/ea
5-8 panels of design: $75/ea
9-19 panels of design: $65/ea
20+: $53/ea

So it is in your best interest to to get more people together on the panels. Also, this is the preliminary pricing. I may be able to cut about 10-15 dollars off some of the pricing in the case of some designs. So please let me know what you'd like and I'll happily get going on them for you guys. You can see some samples of the work at www.nsnmotorsports.com in the products area.

Some example design possibilities:
Single DIN with 3 52mm gauges
Single DIN with 2 52mm gauges and MSP or MP3 or P5 logoing
Single DIN with 1 52mm guage, auxillary switch, and 2 Greddy TT/EBC slots

Double DIN with 4 60mm gauges
Double DIN with 2 60 mm Gauges and 3 52mm gauges

ETC.. These will be laser cut so the finish is perfect, the metal doesn't get scratched from clamping, and complex curves and shapes can easily be done!

So let me know what you want. Lead time on first run designs will be about 2.5 weeks or less.

Thanks!

Is this going to be a group buy for the upcoming weeks or something? I will definitly order a single din w/3 52mm gauge openings. My pillar is full and I have more gauges I need to hook up.

It's a whenever thing. I have to gauge interest before I do runs. I can't have 100 panels sitting around of different designs and not have any way to recover the cost (that's a good way to ruin a business :D). So I need to know what people need etc. I'll likely run the 3x52 single DIN right away anyway as I have at least two people interested... I'll run a smaller run, and then give you a final pricing on it. Which gauge type are you using? Autometer or something else? If you can give me a bezel measurement so I can determine your spacing that'd be cool!

I typically design around autometer gauges as they have about the smallest body. That way the holes will hold an autometer gauge nice and tight. But then you may have to sand it a bit to accept some of the larger type gauges like the Defi-D's or so forth. But an "easy" thing.

Thanks,

Steve

Maybe you can make a 3 gauge DIN (52 mm) that angles all three gauges towards the driver?

Yeah it can be done.. it's a matter of ovaling the holes to accept the gauge at an angle. But otherwise doing the sheet metal so the gauge still sits flush but is angled toward the driver is a bit of a nightmare. It'd be a pricey part. probably in the 150+ range because of the bends. But I could certainly do it.

I will have the 3x52mm gauge plates back by the end of next week and available for sale.

Thanks!

autometer makes pieces that angle the gauges towards you and will work on any gauge panel

it would still be worth it for me...

i'll have to get ahold of you when im rich again... (a month or so)

Well I can work on drafting it up and quoting it... but it'll be PRICEY. I can have it as an on hand option as far as being able to get it cut at some point. I'll try and do so!

Looks really good, I need a new panel for gauges, the one I have now is a piece of s***, and this looks like good quality stuff.

We will have the single 3 x52mm panels by the end of next week. Just did a small run to see how they sell, then will do more later! I'll have pricing when I receive the panels.

They are going to be cut out of either 16 or 18 gauge stainless. So they will be sturdy :).

Thanks,

Steve
