Norh Hill mazda

What is the deal with a certain mechanic at NorthHill Mazda......he took 1.5 hours to replace my stereo on my MSP, scratched up my center console and put a decent size ship ion my dash....plus the install was not done properly as my stereo slipped about 1/2 inch into the center consol so that the outer frame doesnt fit anymore....this isnt the first time either, he did a poor jobs on my breaks on my old 96 protege......

Anyone else have problems?? i know who it is too,,jsut dont want to mention any names at the moment

Hmm..I didn't really have any problems with them..of course I rarely go up there for service anyways.

If you need any parts..talk to Ron and tell him you're part of the club and he could get you a discount.

I have not had any problems with them. keep us informed on there response to replacing all of the damage they created. (enguard)

Hmmm, I bought my car there back in May 2002 and didn't have any problems but, now I am in Vancouver. Sorry man. I would complain and let NorthHill do something about it.

Okay so they ordered me a new bezel which should be here in about a week. We will see what happens as i talked to them today about the stereo not being installed correctly, they said they would fix it and that i will have someone else working on my car. They didnt seem to wanna deal with the scratch stereo bracket and the ding on the dash though (uhm)

Ok i brought my car back to Northhill on thursday. They replaced the scratched stereo bezel with a brand new one, and they re-installed the stereo so it sits where it is suppose to and does not rattle anymore. In all im pleased with the work done this time as everything got fixed, even touched up the chip on the dash.

So I have some restored conifdence in their work now~

Got an oil and filter change at North Hill and a tire rotation and wheel balance. They did a good Job.

Also, they did an engine shampoo for free! At T&T honda, that used to be $25.

Well they just replaced my head unit and there was no problems. I have really only had good luck there. Is that mechanic still there?

i think he is still there. i took my car to northill a while back to get a tired repaired. for some reason they balanced my wheel from the inside rim instead of using the better weights that attach in the center. I got a crappy clip on balance. I guess its not a big deal, but somthing seems to always not eb done properly when i go there.

Ive had my oil changed at North Hill my car is now leaking all over my driveway. I have an appointment to get it fixed on saturday. This will defenitely make the decision if i continue to service at North Hill depending on saturdays treatment and there better not be any charge.

Hahaha....yea i go there for main issues, but it takes me 30 mintues to drive there, but i enjoy the hot chocholate and tim bits~
