Yeah both my mom and dad refuse to drive my car because they always get gay (ricer) ricers that want to race them at every light. This is what my mom said the other day: "Why do all these cars want to race me??" LOL (hah) I was like uhh cause the car is modded a bit.
This is what my dad said to me: " some kids were giving me the (fuoops)finger and saying **** you and laughing until I rolled down the window and said I'am not Dave". I was like: "s*** they probably thought I was driving". LOL my friends were like:"my bad bro we did'nt mean to curse at your dad we thought it was you" I was like: "make sure it's me next time you dumbasses".

sorry man... tough to feel sorry for you when your parents buy you such a nice ride. hell, when I was your age, I was ridin around in a sh*tbox that would only go the speed limit on the hwy if I pushed it off a cliff.

I'm not asking for sympathy, and I am very appreciative of the car I drive, I was just pissed when I wrote this since I'd been waiting for school to end so I could get my windows tinted, and the time finally came (and I had all the money saved up) and then I was told I couldn't do it. Oh well...I'm over it now

yeah seriously there are definite plusses. Less heat in the car and less need for AC is nice but IMO there are two other possibly better reasons which parents will love.

1. Less sun on black interior means less fading over time and higher resale value

2. Window ting helps keep windows together in an accident. It may shatter, but the pieces are held together, not flying into you.

Definitely worth the 200 bucks if u ask me.

I'm sorry about that dude. But comparing to other countries, sometime I really think the tint jobs are little over price... BTW, I'm gonna put tints on my windows soon. Good luck~~

So pissed right now.....I was all ready to get tint in the next week and my parents decided "tint isn't necessary for the amount of money it costs." Although it was nice having my parents buy the p5, I hate having it not be my car, and having to get their permission for this stuff, even though I'm the daily driver of the car.....I was going to pay for it too and I explained ti can be removed.....oh well maybe I'll buy some dg interior stuff or something with that money, since it looks like I'll never get to do any engine mods or exterior mods.........

Tell them it will keep the dash from cracking and keep the seats from fading. Your entire interior is more expensive than some tint.

I pay for my car and for my own insurance and its not that my parents wont let me do whatever i want to the car(they do let me) but my mom feels it is within her right to hide my keys or threaten me if I try to go somewhere when she tells me i cant...kinda sux, but it beats the hell outta paying rent somewhere else
