no power?

Ive done a search but I couldnt find exactly what Im talking about. Im boosting 10psi and my mods are below. Lately when I driving and boosting 10psi I feel like I dont have anymore power than stock. Before it would set you back in your seat,but know I feel like a go-cart. I can hear the turbo spooling and the CAI sucking its ass off,but I go no where? Any ideas? Thanks

do you have a boost gauge to see if you are getting your full 10

yep Im getting the full 10psi. It spikes aout 10.5 or so and holds 10.

are you still getting boost at the same rpm as before or is coming on later than before

seems as if its the same as it was. Im really stumped myself. But I dont want to blow it off and it be something major.

do you here any strange knocks or other sounds that are not usally there or if you have an oil pressure gauge and you notice that your oil presure has dropped from what it usally is ya you may have a problem or you are maybee getting used to the way it feels.

no strange noices othe than the dreded tick. I dont have an oil pressure gauge. I hope Im not getting use to the way it feels. Man that would suck cause now I feel slow as s***. This might be a dumb question but is it possible for the turbo to create boost and get no power?

well if you are getting boost and didnt have the right fuel are timing that would do it. on your boost gauge what kind of vacum do have at idle are when down shifting. the other thing is if you have a boost leak that would also cause you not to make power plus the turbo has to work harder to keep that pressure there

at idle Im reading 21 vac. Im not sure when I down shift. I caught myself check for vacume leaks but came up with nothing. I dont think its a fuel/timing issue cause it pulled great at 8psi about 2 weeks ago.Ill check again for leaks. Thanks for the help robpt5. Points off to you.

it does not sound like an internal issue. I know on my 5 I got used to the 10psi but when I went to 15 diffrent feel all together

My msp acts the exact same way sometimes but at others its still powerful. I'm yet to figure out why but I can drive down the same road twice and my car will sound and act the same but just be slower. do you have any kind of management? if not your ecu could be pulling timing with all the boost your running

Im runnning dsm afc. I havent had it dyno tuned yet. Only cause I want to figure this out first,just in case.
