No more CEL!!!!!!!!!!!

I finally got my codes scanned P1135 and P1141 both heater circuit low voltage from the O2's I had the two harnesses tied into each other since i'm only running one O2 sensor. Well I unplugged the spliced heater wires to the first O2 harness and just had a extra O2 hooked up on just the heater connections and let it hang and vuala its done no more CEL. However I do need to rebuild my motor lost compression when smart me sprayed it at the track. DAMN YOU N2O!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

don't have a picture yet but here is an explaination....as many of you know i have had just about every CEL you can think of.....I got a custom header for my car and have no cats and only one O2 sensor. I was throwing a CEL and figured it was from the O2. I had spliced into the wires coming from the one O2 and tied them into the other O2 harness so it would receive a signal and it worked I also put a resistor/capasitor O2 simulator after the splices on the second O2 to simulate the signal that a Cat is in place and that works too. The Code was being thrown from the heater wires being tied together and it created a low voltage signal on the heater wires back to the ECU. Well I just unhooked the spliced wires to the heaters and connected them to an extra O2 sensor I had and just connected the heater wires and let the other sensor hang without hooking it up and it works created a individual heater signal for each O2 sensor and turned the CEL light off.

Hey CH, which wires is the heater wires? Is it the two blue wires? I'm also just running one O2 sensor and I was going to try to use a simulator but if I can fix it myself for FREE then I'm all for it!

You guys and your N20...Make me laugh!! (laugh)
:p

Blue wires????? I have one blue wire that is the signal wire one grey wire the signal ground and two black wires that are the heater wires i thought your wires were the same.....needless to say find the two wires that are the same color and those are 90% likely to be your heater wires easiest way to find out is to get a voltmeter and test each wire out the one that is 12+ volts is you posi heater wire and then the other wire of the same color shoudl have almost no to very littel voltage reading and that is yoru heater ground.

I'm sorry. I meant black wires. MY BAD! Thanks for the info! I will try it out tomorrow.
