No Fire

Purchased a 87 32 for my son....replaced the wire harness. Wasn't getting fire so I replaced the coil. Still no spark from the coil. Any ideas...thanks...pat

the car set for two years in a barn and mice ate through the harness. I replaced the harness that connects to the big 1 1/2 inch connector. I don't know any other way to describe it. The coil I purchased is new. I get fire to
the harness that connects to the coil..but nothing out of the coil....feeling kinda dumb as I should beable to figure this out.....pat

Have you verified that all the fuses are in check, as well as ground connected properly to the frame?

You got power into the coil, you should have spark coming out. Something is not right for sure, but you know that already.

Strange huh....fuses good.....checked all the wires I could get to.....I'm not sure if this car has a ignition solinoid...if so I guess I could change that.....all I need is some gas/air and spark and I know I'm getting two of those....

yeah, that is weird. If you have power going into the coil, should have spark.
