No audio? 2016 CX-5

I have a 2016 CX-5. The video for the radio and all other screens is working fine but there is no sound. I checked the 3 audio fuses and they are OK. I tried NAV+Mute; didn't work. Any suggestions?

I had that happen once in my 2016. Thought the radio failed. Next day it was fine.
See if it starts working again. Does the voice commands play through the speakers? That would tell you the speakers are OK.

Took car to car audio shop. They suspected bad amplifier which turned out to be true; circuit board showed burned region. Getting OEM part.

Oof, don't know if I would have done that. You could get a new way better amp for less money.
