I have a 2017 Mazda CX5 I have the Bose system.
It was unused for several months and with the battery disconnected. When I tuened it on again two weeks ago, I noticed that Idon't have audio in the system. Neither the wheel nor the volume controls on the steering wheel make the volume go up or down. It's not in "mute." I tried to reset the audio with the combination of 3 buttons and nothing. I checked the fuses, one by one, and they're all in good condition. It recognizes my USB stick. Bluetooth audio doesn't work, even though I can sync devices.
I did noticed a few days ago that I don't see the Centerpoint option anymore. It seems that the system is not recognizing the Bose system somehow, if that is even possible.
I included videos of the behavior:

If anyone has any idea or suggestion, I appreciate it!
