Hardwired Clarion nav Screen. Will play MP3's from a USB thumb drive that outputs to an AuxMod.

Yes the map lid closes. What do you think?

It is a Clarion NICE (get the title)

I had a shop install it for me.

I bought the unit on Ebay for $350. Had the shop install it for $75. Plus i gave the tech a $25 tip. So $450 total. It has the following features:

Nav
Sat Radio
Internal 10Gig drive for MP3's
Thumb drive attachment for Mp3's
Video input

I bought it used. When I did buy it (about 4 weks ago) There were three for sale. All between $350 and $450.

You can get them NEW on ebay for $600 to $700.

Looks good. I almost bought the NICE when I was installing my navi, but ended up going with the Garmin 7200, since it had an SD car input and XM radio capabilities. I got it for about $400.

Hey MazdaJeff, I know you listed in the options it says "Video Input" but what I really wanna know is if you can play movies in it? whether it's a DVD movie, like CLICK or perhaps a burned DVD with music videos......

It has a composite input. So so long as you have an external source (DVD player, Play station, Video Ipod etc.) it should work.

The newer version (smaller screen) allows you to play video right from the internal hard drive. The version I got only allows the hard disk to be used for photo's and MP3.

Koenig, the unit doesn't have any sort of CD/DVD player in it...it is just a screen. Not sure if you knew that. The input can most likely play any sort of video that is composite (the single yellow RCA connector). That means you can hook up a stand-alone DVD player, an XBOX, or whatever.
