Sorry but driving in the break down lane at 100mph in a work zone constitutes license removal in my book. I'm guessing the speed limit was around 45...that's more than doubling the limit...automatic license suspension in Massachusetts, correct me if I'm wrong. Plus the fine doubles!!!!

I see stuff like this on the road all the time...its nice to see that the cops can do something about it.

Yeah I like the whole zooming in on spedometer s***. But seriously dude if you've got a video camera and are worried, you SWITCH THE TAPE. Nuff said. Of course w/my current video camera setup, that'd be tough to do.. hmmm.. *works on way to fix problem*
