Newb...just bought a MS6

Hi all. I just picked up my MS6 a few hours ago. Only paid 28.5 out the door so I feel like I got a pretty good deal. I am a big time car guy so I hope I can learn and contribute alot to this forum.

My last car was an '01 lexus IS300 turbo with more mods than I can name. It put down 324rwhp at 8psi. Before that and 04 350z. I have to say that so far I am really impressed with the MS6. As far as power the only thing I don't like is how the boost tapers off in the higher RPM. You car really feel a drop in torque. As far as handling I think it tops both my IS and my Z.

First of all I'm sure we'd all like to see pics of your MS6 as well as your previous rides...An IS300 turbo sounds very interesting...Why did you end up selling it? Was it a straight 6?

Any plans for the MS6?

put a 3" turbo back it wont drop hp anymore keeps goin and comes on alt fast@r i have this and intake huge difference

Thanks for the kind words guys. I can see I am going to like it here. As for the reason I got rid of my IS300...Anytime you put more than double the HP a car was designed for through it stuff breaks. I was just sick of having an unreliable car.

As for my MS6. I was thinking CAI, Turboback 3' and the CP-E HKS BOV kit. Probably some VOLK GT-Ns too.

I will do my best to get some pics up this afternoon of both the old and new car. I don't think I have any of the Z left but everyone has seen a stock Z before.

welcome! i drove a ms6 at the recent mazda zoom zoom live and not only was i impressed with the power and handling, i posted a rather impressive (to me) time for the first time in the cab.....anyway...i love this car!! enjoy! AWD FTW!

I absolutely understand what you are saying about the IS. I came from a highly modified Mazdaspeed Protege that was putting down a lot more than stock and it can be tough to live with as a daily driver at times.

I think you'll love your MS6, I am loving mine.
