1990 Mazda Miata
Hey All,

I'm Doc from Houston. I've had a '90 Miata now for about 2 years.... And i'm finally getting to a point in my life where i can work on it. So, I was invited by PearsonMazda to come check out these forums to ask questions.

The Mazda I have is in rough shape.. but I'm thinking that in it's time, it was a really nice car. The last guy that had it, didn't do anything but try to kill it, so i've been babying it and keeping it up.

Welcome to Mazda Forums, Doc! (hi)

Nice intro post & pics...Glad to know your Miata is in much better hands now...I see you're sporting a few mods already (2thumbs)...What's next on the roster for the Miata?

Also...Thanks for checking out and joining the Community...I hope you find the info you're looking for and most importantly...Enjoy the forums! :D

PS...Thanks to @PearsonMazda for putting us in touch via Twitter - http://twitter.com/MazdaForums (thumb)

First thing is first... I need to fix the suspension.. It can't take the bumps here in Houston roads as it is.. and I have a line on 2 new front panels for it.. not sure if i want to go steel or fiberglass on them.. but thats coming up. And finally I am going to get a new top for it.

After that, It's time to go under the hood and play some more.. maybe monk with the gear ratios in the back end.. Don't know yet. But she's gonna need alot of work. I just gotta get it legal on the road and keep it that way for 4 more years :D

Edit:
Antoine, just realized you're in Japan.. I spent 2 years in Iwakuni (Yamaguchi) near Kintai.. Awesome area man.. loved it there.
