New mazda owner

Hi all, i would like to introduce myself. I've owned a 2004 civic for 3 years now. My friend and I went to dealerships to shop a car for him. I saw the mazda3 with luxury package and fell in love with it. I had one ordered thursday, it should arrive at the dealership on monday and ready to pick up on wednesday

The car is a standard 2007 Mazda3 GT w/ luxury package. Color is Pearl white. and ive never owned a standard car before!

You guys dont know the excitement im in right now...i cant wait.

It's in good hands now guys! I love this car, i love driving manual, but i truely suck at it!! I cant downshift if my life depended on it. The car over revs when i downshift 4 to 3 or 3 to 2...Im not sure if im not giving enuf gas or too much gas...

neways here are the specs

2007 mazda3 GT w/ luxury package (pearl white)
xenon lights, leather, sunroof, 6 cd changer, climate control, ipod connector, 50/30/20 tints (sux), 17" mags.

It's a 2.3L 160hp/150tq car...Idunno why but i finished my tank in a day and i didnt even reach 350km on a full tank, IT USES SO MUCH GAS! my civic did almost 600Km on a 50 tank and the mazda has a 55L

Neway, if anyone in the montreal area can show me how to downshift on my car with clear guidance let me know

your milleage will go up... you need to break it in and as it continues it will go down... also the lighter your foot the more mpg you get... its hard i know but i drive with a pretty heavy foot and have a heavily modded n/a 3 and still get 26-29mpg

$50 good lord! haha, it'll get much better, trust me. thats a really nice car... enjoy it!
