Actually, I am in Business Law, and according to contract law, an advertised price is an "invitation" for you, the consumer, to make the company an offer, they can accept or reject as they please, however, if they want to have a good name for themselves they most likely will accept what was advertised. Funny how consumer law and contract law directly contradict one another...but the courts tend to lean towards consumer law anyway.nictlg7 said:So now would be the time to jump on this deal, huh!?
