That s*** happens all the time. I work in manufacturing/warehousing/shipping field. We ship all over the continent. We deal with a lot of companies that never see the product they send to THEIR customers although they mark it up sky-friggin-high. Its called a drop ship. Customers receive UPS package labels on the goods that state they are from that company.....But it's not. It's from us. And the customer has no clue. Although they could get it much cheaper if they just ordered from us in the first place. Maybe they could be doing something like that.

bill harvey - we're involved in R&D and manufacturing so we don't have a retail store front. We do have design offices as well as manufacturing facilities though. Piping, the I/C etc are all completed here and sent out to kinetic for the silicone hose and clamps.

The reason why we know the previous price listed was wrong is because they had recently added that as a test page. Since the MSRP = retail price, that's what we set it as. For club members we automatically offer a member discounted price which is 21% less retail.

So now would be the time to jump on this deal, huh!? If the price really is inaccurate on the website, and they are going to raise it soon, we should buy now! They have to sell it to you for the price on the site, or else it is false advertising. If you saw something in the store, and it had a price tag on it that was wrong, they have to give it to you for what the price tag says. At any rate, this is a really good deal for an entire FMIC kit, including those blue silicon hoses and whatnot. I really would love to jump on this deal also, I am just a bit short on cash now...

Actually, I am in Business Law, and according to contract law, an advertised price is an "invitation" for you, the consumer, to make the company an offer, they can accept or reject as they please, however, if they want to have a good name for themselves they most likely will accept what was advertised. Funny how consumer law and contract law directly contradict one another...but the courts tend to lean towards consumer law anyway.

Sorry, I've never used what I learn in school, this felt like a good chance.(stash)

Hey iON , I don't know about your last group buy here, but I have bought your FMIC Kit just before Christmas, and I didn't receive yet my Bill ??? It's a over 1300$CAD expense , and I would like strongly a bill from you.

I ask my bill on that forum because you never reply of my e-mail, you contacting here I thought than I have more chance to get it.
