True, true.

Wanna see some fun negative camber in the rear of a car... check out my BMW. I'll try to get a good picture of it when i get home. Has to have about 4 or 5 degrees going on right now... and it's considered normal.

BMW is notorious for negative camber wear.

Phen's couch is awesome to sleep on! Back of the Bavaria, not so sure on that one.

Uhhhhh no, but you may be able to find a machine shop that can press them in for you. The downside is your car is immobile during that time.

Hmm, might just have a shop install and align the car for me then. Prolly not worth the hassle to do it myself.

Just make sure they install them right. I've heard of shops doing it backwards and then they can't get the car aligned at all.

Finally got power up yesterday, been running around since. Jenn and James were still without at last check. There was massive damage around here. Most places aren't expecting power back until Sunday-Monday, some of the outlying areas are being told to not expect power back until about Thanksgiving.

Oh, and a large tree branch came down across the driverside fender and hood. Hope everyone else managed to stay safe.

I've been looking into standby generators. I just don't think we have the $5k to spend right now...but we need something. A portable one is only about $2k but will require running a cable into the house and basically plugging it into the dryer hook-up or something.

That's what my dad had at our old house. But the setup allowed only certain things to run. Couldn't power the entire house.

If we wanted to power everything it would be like $7k. Any other solution we will have to be careful with how much we operate. But we need something because without power our pipes will freeze.

1- What size is that ball joint ? Maybe I can use it on MSP ?
2- I would suggest looking into maintenance of stand alone generators bc they are not easy to up keep, like warm up sessions etc. , diesel or natural gas ?

My dads hookup ran the furnace, sump pump and one outlet.

Morning all. Playing golf today, last 18.

morning...another advantage to moving south...no pipe freeze...my daughters hor water heater is in the garage....even if it's cold, it's never cold long enough to freeze the pipes...anyway, just washed the msm, top down day...about 52 and sunny...love it! have a good one all.

did my belts today, and like mahk said it only took me about 30 min :D. also touched up my one steelie with more paint and got rid of my squeaking rear brake. still gotta get an estimate made up for the body work so I can get going on that. just been too busy to get to a shop for that!

I'd get a propane one. The good ones have an auto-start system that makes sure the unit runs periodically.
