A co-worker just got the iphone4 and hates it....she was on a waiting list for a droid incredible but her boyfriend didn't want her to wait and bought her the iphone then told her to cancel the droid order. lol
lol.....I have no use for the iphone either.....I text/call with mine so it serves its purpose well. I would like to get an ipod though....I feel silly changing cds at stoplights.

That's the one she wanted.......at this point in time I have no need/use for a smartphone. I'll check my email at home thanks....now if my employer saw a reason for me to have one I wouldn't argue. lol

I was thinking i would get the DroidX....
but with Android 3.0 on the horizon... and it needing some serious hardware.. the droidx wont even be able to keep up.. so ill wait until a phone comes out that will support android3.0 (gingerbread)

hey jeffy, you still interested in the cf eye lids?
I thought you liked the physical keyboard? Droid 2 is coming out in August, same processor as the X but also same body as the droid 1 except a different keyboard.

I hate the physical keyboard....
and even the droid 2 will BARELY meet the requirements for gingerbread... ill wait until something comes out that can easily run it and not break a sweat... im perfectly happy with my droid now...
My iPhone 4 is working great! No dropped calls and it's a damn good smartphone. The new camera makes photos much more useful, great quality for a phone and enough for me to not want a separate point and shoot anymore (just own only my DSLR).
In other news, yesterday I drove down to just outside of New Haven CT to pick up a set of front stock shocks with 18K miles on them (probably offered a little more $ than I could get away with, but still cheap), swapped out the blown one last night and so the Miata is back on the road!
Can I just toss the old shock or is there special disposal instructions? I noticed that it doesn't seem to have much high pressure gas inside anymore, as I can compress it by hand (and it was supposed to be a monotube).
