I've had it happen to me. If the wind is blowing right, it'll hit you in the ear.

Pilot light went out again on the furnace. I was home this time. Took 5 minutes to re-light. The auto-spark thing doesn't work but my extra long grill lighter did the trick. Had I been home the last time when Amanda was freaking out about it we could have saved $75.00. Oh well. I showed her again how to do it just in case, and since I know what it looks like on the inside I can walk her through it over the phone the next time it happens.

It's in my hometown! (Windsor). I took a detour by the airport one time leaving Jenn's place, passed by it and did a double-take. Giant freaking warehouse.

As far as saving on shipping by picking it up, no idea. You'll probably have to call them and ask.
