NEMOC Random BS Thread

Morning all, this stomach flu is kicking my ass...I've dropped 8 lbs since Saturday night. But I'm a sucker for punishment 'cuz I'm still going to work.

@Cheo: If only we could all ride our bikes around in our underwear...

@Altspace: Nice pic, I was thikning about getting some moon or (trying to get some) star shots this weekend...but then I got sick.

I went to sebring in '07..

Not a bad track, but it is just tough to get a good viewing angle because the track is VERY flat. The people there are also um.... Interesting to say the least.

Good morning gang.
Thanks Bruce and Josh back to work today still having some symptoms but better.
That was a productive weekend Bruce and Oleg you guys were the busy bees.
Josh as always awesome pictures and playing with the lights WAO!!

Mark I hope you had a good time with the kids this weekend.

My wife found this toy for my grandson for $60.00 in Target.

He can't ride it yet but soon
i did, thanks! love the bike cheo!
Absolutely. I think Lime Rock is probably my favorite non-Ohio track. That may be due to the awesome people I get to see each year out there.
you know it dude!
It'd be awesome if any of you NEPOCers were ever able to come out to Mid-Ohio. That's a really fun track too.
i'd love too, some day!

Morning all.....our son had his first basketball game yesterday. Scored three points had a couple of steals and an assist. (yippy)
Nice!!

I was thinking the saaaaaaaaaaame thing!

Gah spent over 2 hours in a conference call this morning right after I got in. It's annoying when a person of seniority drags something out about an hour longer than it should be..

Actually, I haven't been to the Glen yet. I used to think Mid-Ohio sucked, then I went to Road Atlanta. That one is still the worst in my book. The elevation changes there are the worst.

Yeah, it didn't rain for very long really. It was kinda crappy, but we just grabbed another beer and no further issues. Hahaha.

That's what I figured. ;)

Awesome Jeff.

Nice!!/QUOTE]

Thanks Cheo and Jenn. Game was only 24 minutes but I could have stayed for hours watching them play.

I'm hoping to make it there this year. Will have to wait until the date gets closer.

I lucked out...meeting took 1/4 as long as I thought today. However the rest of the meeting is post-poned till tomorrow.

So...I make websites for fun :)

Should be coded and up by the end of the week.

At work im CPR/AED/First Aid certified.. i get an alarm on my phone with an office number whenever someone calls 911 so i can respond and begin treatment before EMT's get there... got into work at 802 and got an alarm at 806.... ended up being a friend who was having a mild heart attack (best guess given symptoms and medical history) I began treatment and EMT's took him the to hospital. Hes doing ok.

Phew, glad you could be there James. Mary has the same certifications. There was one time we were walking into a Staples and an older man was coming out. He tripped and hit his head hard on the pavement, enough to break his glasses and cause bleeding. Mary ran right to him to help out and I ran into the store telling them to call 911 and to get the manager out there. At the same time I was running as fast as I could through the store to get some wet paper towels. On my way out they still did not call anyone or get a manager, go figure. He was conscious, but we made sure he did not move until help arrived.
