Bruce, I think I need to do that gas pedal mod for the NC. My knee is acting up a bit from running and the knee position in the car sure as hell ain't helping (and could be the reason why my right knee is affected, but not my left).

I just got home from Mid-Ohio. I worked on the Freedom Autosports pit crew this weekend! Holy s*** was that fun! I'm sooo damn tired now though.

Went to swap out the rear brackets today... got the car up, PB Blastered the bolts... went to hit the bottom one with the impact and BAM, the nut that holds the bolt inside the subframe goes loose and the whole f'ing thing just spins. Tried getting in there with a 17mm wrench and holding it in place, but it spins thru that too. Can't quite get at it with pliers. F'ing thing. I just removed it earlier in March too!! Should've put antiseize on it when I put them back in. Darn. I didn't think I'd have to touch them again.

Here's the hapless bolt and the broken bracket:

Going to go to the dealer tomorrow and have them drill it out/replace it.

Hmm's looks vaguely familiar(boom07). I was always worrried about the bolts. I always lubed them.

Hopefully all this rain has washed away all of the pollen and the rest of the allergy inducing crap. I haven't really ever been effected by them until this year..
