I got into work today to find one of our instructor's lost his baby over the weekend. His wife was 4 months along.

We are all taking a collection for him and I volunteered to cover his night shift as well as mine for the next few days.

What a sad way to start a week.

One of my employees called me from work yesterday.

His dad was just diagnosed with a huge brain tumor. Un-operable and cancerous.

The keyless entry light on my dash keeps blinking. It started last nigth. Changes the battery in the remote and still is doing it. Have to call the dealer at lunch... Figures now that my warranty is over.

We hit no traffic on the way home once we were out of the park. Wish the jeep had cruise control. it's tough to keep it going the same speed on the highway, gotta give it lots of gas to stay above 65 on those Mass pike hills.

Oh man. Feels good to be back in the speed though. Forgot how to drive it after spending all weekend in the jeep. Almost stalled it the first time I let the clutch out.

Yeah the last week was a pretty crappy one for me as well... my grandfather passed away on tuesday (why I wasn't able to go to lime rock).

Then on Friday the owner of my company told us that the President of the company has cancer and the growth is too large to operate so its not looking good..
