Morning started off great. 67 degrees on my way in, windows down. Then it took me 40 minutes to go 2 miles on 128. Ugh. What pisses me off the most is that the accident was on a section of the highway that has the new wide medians on both sides. I was actually stopped for a solid 5 minutes at one point. They seriously couldn't get any traffic by? I thought the medians were supposed to prevent backups when accidents occur. Guess they are just there for looks.

I spent all of last spring/summer there on the other side of the river doing work at a DoT maintenance facility and on the Rte 154 Bridge in Chester. Best...job site...ever.
