NEMOC Random BS Thread

mornin ya'll...well, on the "home" stretch, kinda...been fixing up the the house to try and sell next spring...got the master bedroom done, new wood floor, paint, baseboard, curtains, constructed a mantle for ovet the bed, built a walk in closet...bla, bla..finishing up the master bath, paint, baseboard, tile floor, painted the vanity black, new granite top/sink, new facet, mirror and lights...going to try and polish the fiberglass shower stall (decided to keep it) it's lost it's luster in the last 20 yrs so i thought, why not try the orbital buffer and see what it can do? good wknd for it, suppose to rain both days :(

boo the rain. im supposed to do some roofing, super bummed :D

went out for pizza with some friends last night. got two large stuffed pizzas, one meat and one buffalo chicken. i was challenged to eat 3 pieces and i still feel like crap this morning.

Just hopped in on the Marlon T-shirt group buy. Spoke with the dealer earlier this week and they're willing to repair the damage caused so I guess that's a start. Spent the past 2 days recovering from food poisoning. Been an interesting week... by interesting I mean mostly bad. Happy Friday all!

Nobody drink the beer, the beer has gone bad... Well I have a hunch it could be from some frozen food that might have gone off during hurricane Irene's visit but I was running the fridge and freezer constantly on my generator. Who knows... not taking any other chances, freezer got cleaned out yesterday.

Just a quick FYI guys, I am working on a VIR track day with Tom Long of Freedom & Long Road Racing. We'll keep you informed of the progress.

WIll VIR track day be for this yr or next ?

Sup ppl, got ROTORA BBK installed ... what an experience installing new SS lines as well .... keyword: patience .... Brakes are awesome

Next on pipeline Pedders LCA bushing & CS 1.4Bar radiator Cap & Bronze oil bushings for shift ... once the rains stops that is.

Hello everyone. Nice job Tony with the brakes and hope you feel better intellekt!!! Rough week here as well but things are looking better. After PT on Tuesday I went with Tam to see a 'headache specialist' since she's been having chronic migraines. Got some good info/advice and meds but the prednisone ended up triggering her headaches and we spent last night in the ER where she had a CT of her head done, bloodwork (both negative...thankfully), IV drip with a headache cocktail consisting of reglan, benadrly and thoradol. After 30 minutes of her pain not subsiding they introduced some dilaudid inot the IV and she was feeling much better within minutes. Thankfully she is feeling better now but on bp meds to help control her bp over the next few months and a brain MRI is shceduled for Monday....

Damn Mahk, you have been busy with the house! When you are finished you are not going to want to move. ;) lol

Hey all! Sorry to hear Jeff, hope she's ok.

I've been in BMW land the past couple months. Fixing up my daughters 325i. All new territory for me and have learned a lot. That's what I've been doing with most of my weekends lately. Daughters in college so she needs this car and soon.

cool! i see the guy who had that red civic is driving it now....looked at it last week...it is like showroom, although he does have a door ding now. my son in law says hell just beat the crap out of it until it dies...what a shame on such a pristine car (90 2 door civic dx, 6k orig miles!)

What's up folks?!?

yo stephen!
