NEMOC Random BS Thread

Happy Monday all.

Got some work done yesterday since autox was out. Fixed the wiper park issue, new relay. Oil change, pulled all the fluid I could from the master and replaced with new. Still need to bleed the brakes. Changed the plugs, the old ones were fine, re-aimed the headlights, they were so low I had to drive with them on high beams to see the road at night. Added front mud flaps but the rockers still need to be repainted before winter but at least the mud flaps will help. Got 28.4 MPG on the first tank. Hoping for a better result.

Still need to change the tranny fluid and filter. Mia has been sitting in the garage since Friday. I think she's sulking. I haven't told her about Mid Ohio yet.

Whats up NEPOCers!! Had a great time at the game with Kyle yesterday... Never have I seen this kid soo happy in his 8yrs!! Even tho they lost we still had a great Father-Son day!!!

Morning Bruce!

I took a random shot this morning.... It just looked too perfect.

tore out the rest of the interior of the vette on Sunday. The driver's side isn't as bad as the passenger side, but it'll definitely need to be replaced. No pics of the interior from Sunday, but every piece of carpeting was ripped out, and all the loose rust/paint/animal remnants were scraped up and vacuumed. Also got a car cover so I won't have to worry about the rain:

I think the wheel bearing i replaced in february is failing :(

gotta pick up a new one that hopefully will be better. any suggestions on brand?

rockauto. i checked the warranty on a beck/arnley part and its like 12k miles. i think ive done that since installing but they dont have to know that. i need to wait for the rain to stop so i can verify that its the bearing before i go any further

What's up folks? How is everyone?

I've had a wheel bearing fail on the P5 quickly because I put too much force on the castle nut holding it all in.

happy hump day all...how's things stephen

Getting better slowly. Family's doing a little better. I think my dad will do better once he has time to himself. I know that really helped me. Allowed me to wrap my head around things.

Well if they warranty the bearing you will have to get it from them.

Hmm, I must have missed something.

Yeah... I never really told anyone. My aunt was killed last week by her soon to be ex-husband. Wrecked the family pretty well.

She's counting her blessings every day that she was able to get out of the house. She's doing better than she was. One day at a time.

My dad has a Paypal account setup for donations to the family.
