the 10-120 sounds like the pitch of the lug bolts. 10mm diameter, and the 120 refers to the number of threads per unit length of the stud. I can't remember exactly for metric what that unit length is. Just take those numbers when you get your new lug nuts...
the 114.3 refers to the bolt spacing of your rims. The spacing is the distance between the center of one lug bolt and the center of one of the opposite site lug bolts.
I assume you have 5 lug bolts, in which case, you have the same bolt spacing as Hondas, and most GM vehivles, but you won't match Subaru or Toyota wheels.
The 38 is your offset. That is the distance of the wheel mounting surface from the CENTER of the rim. If you look at the side of the rim, and measure the width, then divide by two, you can find the center of the rim. The offset is how many mm the MOUNTING face of the rim is pushed towards the OUTSIDE of the rim. 38mm is a pretty normal measurement for a FWD car these days. Be glad you don't have a Mazdaspeed Protege: MY rims have an offset of +55mm!!
Hope that helped.
