need some help

i idle started bouncing around, not extremely but i notice it. and every time i get gas my car feels like its struggling to stay on, the idle drops really low, so i step on the gas to bring to idle up to 1000, about 30 of staying on the gas it goes back to normal. Anyone who knows what to do please help

how about a little more information for us to work with; what year, how many miles, what mods are on the car, have you changed anything recently? did this start all of a sudden? no check engine light?
